White Lace Motor Inn

Was close to all shops and restaurants. Was a nicely set up room for a family. The beds were clean and comfy. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, with a few minor things that could be fixed to make it feel like it was worth the money.

The accommodation catered to our needs. Alan was extremely kind. He went above and beyond in accommodating us. It was a brief stay so that we could attend a funeral. I would happily recommend this property for its staff, space, convenience, cleanliness and location. Loved the access to a verandah space too.

Great location. We needed to be near the Mackay Base Hospital, 5 minute drive away. Our room had a lovely courtyard to sit in. The room size was good. The air-conditionor was nice and quiet and worked well. There was a queen bed and a single bed. Our bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was well stocked, hand soap, body lotion and shaving cream. Shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in container pumps. Nice, hot, relaxing shower. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle in the room. Tea and coffee and milk provided. The reception staff were friendly. The continental breakfast included in the price was nice. Bread and spreads, cereals and milk, collected from reception. The room No. 28 was quiet, on the ground floor and had undercover parking at the door. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.
